Das Enterprise ("we", "us", "our") operates a digital services, cyber café and CSC (Common Service Centre) shop in Gopinagar, Haripal, Hooghly, West Bengal, and this website (dasenterprisehpl.in). By using our enquiry form, PAN card form, or insurance document form on this website, you agree to the terms described below.

• Personal details for PAN card applications: applicant's name, father's name, mother's name, and date of birth.
• Identity and supporting documents: Aadhaar Card (front & back), colour photograph, Voter ID Card (front & back), signature, existing PAN card copy (for correction requests), RC copy/Bluebook, previous insurance copy, and any other document you choose to upload.
• Enquiry content: any message, question, or attachment you submit through the enquiry pop-up.

We only collect what is reasonably needed to carry out the specific service you have asked for. Please avoid uploading documents or information beyond what a form asks for.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To prepare and submit your PAN card application (new or correction) through NSDL/Protean's authorised process.
• To prepare and process your vehicle insurance application through our insurance partner (Policybazaar).
• To assist you with Central or West Bengal government scheme applications and other CSC (Common Service Centre) services, where you have asked for this help.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp, or email regarding your application, enquiry, or submitted documents — including to confirm details before we proceed, and before any payment is due.
• To generate and share a reference code with you so that you and we can both track your submission.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information or documents to any third party.

3. How Your Submission Reaches Us

This website's forms use a third-party form-delivery service (FormSubmit) purely to route your submitted details and documents into our business email inbox (dasenterprise.hpl@gmail.com). We do not maintain a separate database or server of our own — your information is only stored to the extent that it exists as an email in our inbox, and, where relevant, in physical or digital records we keep in the ordinary course of preparing your application (similar to what we would keep if you visited our shop in person and handed us copies).

4. Sharing With Government Departments & Partners

Where necessary to complete the specific service you requested, your information and documents may be shared with:

• NSDL/Protean (for PAN card applications),
• Our insurance partner, Policybazaar (for insurance applications),
• The relevant Central or West Bengal Government department or portal (for scheme assistance you have asked for).

We do not share your documents with anyone beyond what is required to deliver the service you requested.

5. Data Retention

We keep submitted information and documents only for as long as reasonably needed to complete your application or respond to your enquiry, plus a short period afterward in case you need to follow up using your reference code. We periodically delete old emails and documents that are no longer needed.

6. Security — What We Do, and Its Limits

We handle your documents with the same confidentiality we apply to customers who visit our shop in person. However, please understand that standard email is not end-to-end encrypted, and no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We recommend uploading only clear, necessary documents, and avoiding sharing highly sensitive numbers (such as your full Aadhaar number) in open text fields where a document copy is sufficient.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• You may ask us what information or documents we hold relating to your submission, referencing your reference code.
• You may ask us to delete your submitted information or documents once your application/enquiry has been completed, subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping requirements that may apply to PAN or KYC-linked services.
• You may choose not to provide certain information, though this may mean we are unable to complete the specific service requested.

8. Cookies & Website Behaviour

This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking scripts. It uses your browser's temporary session storage only to avoid repeatedly showing the enquiry pop-up during the same visit; this information is not sent to us and disappears when you close your browser tab. A visitor counter on this site records anonymous page-view totals only, with no personal information attached.
